  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut
  • 1 cup dehydrated apple, chopped
  • 1 cup brazil nut, roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients.
