Now that we’ve gathered all the ingredients, let’s get cooking! This recipe is easy to follow and requires only a few steps to achieve perfect fudgy gluten-free brownies.

Step 1: Preheat oven and prepare baking dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper to ensure the brownie batter won’t stick.

Step 2: Melt chocolate and butter

Using a double boiler or a heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan with simmering water, melt 1 cup (170 grams) of dark chocolate chips and 3/4 cup (170 grams) of unsalted butter. Stir occasionally until smooth then remove from heat.

Step 3: Add dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup (60 grams) gluten-free flour blend, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Step 4: Combine ingredients

Add 1 and ½ cups (300 grams) granulated sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir well. Next, add in 2 large eggs at room temperature and mix well. Finally, add in the dry ingredients along with 2/3 cup (50 grams) of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.

Step 5: Add final touches

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish. Then, add another 1/2 cup (85 grams) of dark chocolate chips on top for extra chocolatey goodness!

Step 6: Bake

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Get ready to mix things up! This gluten-free brownie recipe is already pretty great, but you can make it even more suited to your taste buds with a few simple substitutions and variations.

First of all, if you’re looking for a dairy-free option, you can replace the unsalted butter with coconut oil or another plant-based alternative. You can also use dairy-free chocolate chips instead of the semi-sweet chocolate chips called for in the recipe.

For those who are vegan, substitute two mashed ripe avocados for the eggs in the recipe. This will give your brownies an extra creaminess that’s not to be missed.

If you’re a fan of caramel, try stirring in a handful of soft caramels into the batter before baking. You’ll end up with salted caramel brownies that everyone will adore.

And for those who love variations of thickness and gooeyness in their brownies, add or subtract some flour to achieve your desired consistency. Less flour will result in more gooey, fudge-like brownies while more flour will lead to thicker ones.

Don’t limit yourself to just these options- feel free to experiment with flavors and textures using the recipe as a base. The beauty of cooking is making it your own!

Now that you have all the necessary ingredients and steps for making the perfect gluten-free brownies, let me share some tips to ensure you get them right.

Tip #1: Don’t overmix the batter. Once you add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, make sure to mix just enough to combine them. Overmixing can result in tough brownies.

Tip #2: Use room temperature eggs. This helps in achieving a smooth and even batter. If your eggs are cold, place them in a bowl of warm water for 5-10 minutes before using them.

Tip #3: Line your baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. This will make it easier to remove the brownies from the pan and avoid sticking.

Tip #4: Check your oven temperature before baking. An accurate oven temperature is important for getting evenly baked brownies. Use an oven thermometer to check and adjust the temperature if needed.

Tip #5: Let the brownies cool completely before slicing. If you try to slice into them when they’re still warm, they may crumble or fall apart.

Tip #6: Experiment with different toppings or mix-ins. Chocolate chips, nuts, or a drizzle of salted caramel can take your brownies to the next level.

Gluten Free Brownie

Gluten Free Brownie Recipe

I was trying to find a gooey cholatey brownie which would be good for me and still conqueer my cravings. This will fulfill all your requests, and beyond. If you like it sweet you might want to add 1/4 cup artificial sweetener or 1/2 cup sugar but i do not as i want to dark, bittery cocoa taste. The baking time will differ to your personal oven, i am sorry if it will not be as gooey ooey as expected when you try it the first time. I recomend you keep watching the batter, when you can see the edges hardening up it is ready. Note: I did changes since i got such a bad rating. It is much better now 🙂
