  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • combine dry ingredients.
  • add wet ingredients.
  • combine.
  • bake at 325 middle rack in muffin tins for 15-20 minutes.
