  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated splenda plus one tsp granulated Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.
  • Stir in liquids.
  • Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and VENT.
  • Microwave 1 minute until set.
