  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

  • 1. Mix the ingredients well and let them sit in the fridge overnight! If you like you can top with fresh fruit and have coffee on the side.
