Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas, sliced then frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 4 dates, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place banana in a blender - (I use our Vitamin) & blend on 'frozen' setting until smooth.
  • Add dates & almond butter & blend.
  • Serve & enjoy! *Tip* - You may need to let it melt a bit to be able to remove completely from the blender.
